Hot Doug is hot, and also named Doug.

I woke up today to a message from friend Sid:  “Hot Doug’s?  I’m buying.”   How can you say no to that?  I didn’t take any photos, but we split a few sausages:

  1. White Wine Rabbit Sausage with Sauce Moutarde, Goat Cheese and Spicy Calabrese Peppers
  2. Saucisse de Toulouse with Anchovy Goat’s Milk Butter and Montsegur Peppercorn Cheese
  3. Uber Garlic Pork Sausage with Chipotle Dijonnaise, Vintage Cheddar Cheese and Roasted Garlic Cloves

The rabbit was probably my favorite – complex and with a nice spiciness, but I would eat any (all?) of these again.  And we had  an order of tater tots which aren’t on the menu but you can order them.  You’re welcome. I promise photos next time.
