The hot sauce means I love you.

You can say “I love you” in all kinds of ways.  Mainstream media would say that the only way to say it is with a piece of generic mall jewelry, but P. said it yesterday with a mango bubble tea from Nhu Lan and a jumbo jar of our preferred brand of chili garlic sauce.  Use the blended sriracha if you’re going to make caramels.  Use this stuff for everything else.

Today’s breakfast:

That cilantro/onion/garlic paste is still giving.  Last night I mixed it with cooked rice and used it as a side dish.  The leftovers were great under over-medium eggs and a little bit of hot sauce.
