Oatmeal - Before

Oh, Irish steel cut oatmeal.  You are so full of fiber.  But by the time I doctor you enough to make you taste good, I wonder how healthy you really are.

Oatmeal - after

Brown sugar, milk, pecans, dried cranberries…. You’re pretty high-maintenance, oatmeal.

  1. oh, everything in there is perfectly healthy. bet you were fully sated all morning, weren’t you?

    I love the stuff–I use brown sugar, apples and/or raisins and walnuts.
